I’m Andrea— MPH, RDN, HMCC1I’m a registered dietitian, certified mindset and behavior change coach, wifey to a wonderful man + enneagram 2w3 + adventurous introvert and lover of dark chocolate.
I get it. I’ve been where you are. Like most of my clients, I also struggled with all-or-nothing thinking, self-sabotage and not being able to stick with a plan for my long-term health goals. I tried the quick fixes, listened to unqualified advice and jumped from diet to diet until I realized that I needed a lasting, evidence-based approach.
My own struggles and finally finding real answers inspired me to get an MPH in nutrition and dietetics. Later, I also got certified in mindset and behavior change coaching to further help my clients. I was determined to cut through the confusion and help others find clarity and freedom from diet culture, food rules, and misinformation.

the Nutrition Strategy Session:

Private zoom call: 60 minutes
Filling out your intake form: 10-20 minutes

As of now there are only 10 spots available and each spot will be taken in a first-come first-serve basis
The exact dates will be announced via email after applying and submitting payment
Right now it is more likely that the private call will be on a Wednesday evening (Pacific Time) or on a Friday afternoon (Pacific Time)
If you’re unable to join the available times, please email Andrea requesting for her Sunday available dates
