We kickstart your coaching with an in-depth 45-minute 1:1 Zoom call with your coach where you get super clear on the goal(s) you want to work on during coaching, and we develop a “plan” to get you there. This plan is one that is individual to you and aligns with your current life

Not a cookie-cutter list of rules or meal plans, macro adjustments, or another diet— but a plan based on your current season of life, your schedule, your favorite foods, and the way you like to eat/prep food.

Together, you and I come up with a meal template that works for you and includes your favorite nourishing foods, your schedule, your tastes, and your cooking style—so eating feels easier, not more stressful.

Access it on your phone or computer. This is where you’ll find your check‑ins, tracking tools, and helpful resources.

Each week you’ll fill out your private check-in form via your coaching portal. This evidence-based check-in is tailored to you, with thoughtful questions for you to reflect on and share data with your coach. I’ll respond with video feedback 48 hours after submission, and thus week by week you will get one step closer to your goal!

Using WhatsApp, you can message your coach anytime (send voice memos or chat messages) and expect a thoughtful answer from your coach within 48 hours.

How it Works:
Step 1: Apply
I’ll look at your goals and make sure coaching is a good fit for you. If it is, you sign your contract, make your first payment (choose your commitment term of 12, 6, or 4 months), and get access to the coaching portal.
Step 2: Onboard
Once you get access to the coaching portal, you’ll book your first nutrition Zoom call to meet your coach!
Step 3: Meet your Coach
Coaching officially begins with an in-depth 45-minute Zoom session with your coach. In this session you’ll get very clear on the goal(s) you want to work on during coaching, and start developing a plan to get you to those goals.
From there, via our weekly check-ins, you and I will work through your wins and challenges to build the foundation for lasting change. You’ll watch your confidence, mindset, and results grow little by little, one week at a time. This is a partnership— not a prescription that I give to you.
You’ll always have a say on what to do next and you’ll know why it matters.

I’m Andrea— MPH, RDN, HMCCI’m a registered dietitian and a certified mindset and behavior change coach.
I understand what you’re going through. I used to struggle with all‑or‑nothing thinking, self‑sabotage, and not sticking to plans. I tried quick fixes and bad advice until I worked on my own health behaviors with a coach.

Who is 1:1 Nutrition Coaching for? Anyone who wants help building healthy eating and nutrition behaviors that last.
Is there a community part? Not at the moment. 1:1 coaching is just you and your coach.
Do I get a meal plan or macros? No. We don’t work with strict meal plans. We build a nutrition plan that fits your life and food preferences.
Is there a start and end date? Your coaching starts when you sign up and lasts for the coaching package you choose (4-months, 6-months, or 9-12 months).
When do payments come out? Payments come out on the same day, each month, unless you pay in full.
How much time does coaching take? I have a lot going on. Your weekly coaching will take about 30 - 60 minutes. Coaching is meant to reduce the overwhelm, since it helps you improve your behaviors that you have felt stuck with.
How do weekly check‑ins work? You fill out a form designed just for you, with an evidence-based framework, and your coach sends you personal feedback via video recordings 48 hours after your check-in submission.
Does nutrition coaching include workouts? No, this is nutrition and behavior coaching, not fitness coaching. In other words, we focus on improving your relationship with food, emotional eating, eating skills, cooking skills, meal planning skills, grocery shopping skills, reducing procrastination towards nutrition and healthy behaviors, increasing self-compassion, increasing discomfort tolerance, reducing all-or-nothing thinking around eating and healthy behaviors, and creating routines that increase your confidence and self-trust
How do I know if I get accepted to coaching? The moment you submit your application you will receive an email with details about your next steps. Andrea looks at applications once per week so you might have to wait a little bit for the official confirmation, but you will get one!
Can I keep coaching after my first plan ends? Yes, you can continue if you want after your initial commitment is over. The majority of my clients renew for another 4-6 months because they start seeing real changes and want to continue them so they stick. Coaching is not a 30-day sprint. Think of it like a marathon!
What if I need to cancel? If circumstances change and you need to end your coaching commitment early, there’s a 50% buyout option available. Providing notice of termination to your coach does not release you from any outstanding payment obligations that have already accrued.
