    Your onboarding process is a pretty thorough one so that I can focus on YOUR goals and so that I can prepare you for those times when you’re not feeling as motivated or experiencing setbacks.

  • A personalized Nutrition Plan that's tailored to your needs.
    Not a cookie-cutter list of rules or meal plans, macro adjustments, or another diet— but a strategy based on your current and future life, your preferences, and desired outcomes. Whether you like tracking macros, food journaling, or following the Plate Method, your unique preferences will be the method we will use in our coaching.

  • Personalized meal templates & recipe support tailored to your preferences.
    Together, we come up with a nutrition strategy that works for you and includes your favorite nourishing foods, your schedule, eating times, and cooking preferences— so that meal prep and eating doesn’t feel as stressful anymore.

  • Access to Practice Better— ALN’s coaching portal.
    You can access your coaching portal via desktop or phone app. This portal is where your questionnaires, data tracking, weekly check-ins, instant communication with your coach, and resource library will be housed.

  • Weekly 1:1 asynchronous check-ins with your coach.
    Each week you’ll fill out your private and in-depth check-in form via Practice Better. This form is tailored to you with thoughtful questions for you to reflect and share data with your coach. You’ll never get vague advice or check-in responses by AI. I’ll respond with tailored feedback, follow up questions, and encouragement via video recordings, voice memos (inside the Practice Better app), or email— your pick, based on your preferred method of communication.

  • Unlimited messaging access to your coach.
    Using WhatsApp, you can message your coach anytime (send a voice memos or a chat message) and expect a thoughtful answer from your coach within 24 hours on business days.

  • Access to a growing library of resources.
    Countless evidence-based guides, mindset tools, recipes, recorded webinars, and practical coaching resources— to help you troubleshoot specific issues like stress eating, if/then planning, meal ideas, and behavior change strategies. These resources are always optional, to help you reflect, reframe, and build momentum between your check-ins.

  • A personalized “Toolkit” to help you feel confident when you off-board.
    The goal isn’t to lose weight and gain it back when you stop working with me. You’ll leave with tools to live a lifestyle that will keep you at a healthy weight, for the long-haul. Step 1:
Apply below— I’ll review your goals and make sure this coaching is the right fit. You’ll hear from me within 24–48 business hours with how I envision us working together. If you think it’s a good fit, you’ll sign your coaching contract, submit your first payment, and receive access to ALN’s coaching portal.

Step 2: Coaching begins with an in-depth nutrition and diet history questionnaire— and from there, via our weekly check-ins, you and I will build the foundation for lasting change.

Step 3: You’ll receive your personalized nutrition plan after your coach gets to know you. Watch your confidence, mindset, and results grow.

I’m Andrea— MPH, RDN, HMCC1

I’m a registered dietitian, certified mindset and behavior change coach.

I get it. I’ve been where you are. Like most of my clients, I also struggled with all-or-nothing thinking, self-sabotage and not being able to stick with a plan for my long-term health goals. I tried the quick fixes, listened to unqualified advice and jumped from diet to diet until I realized that I needed a lasting, evidence-based approach.

My own struggles and finally finding real answers inspired me to get an MPH in nutrition and dietetics. Later, I also got certified in mindset and behavior change coaching to further help my clients. I was determined to cut through the confusion and help others find clarity and freedom from diet culture, food rules, and misinformation.

Everything you need to know about
1:1 Nutrition Coaching:

  • Nutrition Foundations is for the individual who wants to set strong foundations for long-term weight loss. You either have tried many superficial diet-culture programs and have lost the weight, but re-gained it back, or you have been spinning in circles trying the newest diet that shows up on your feed, or you have started strong but “fell off the wagon” when life got difficult.

    You’ve realized that weight loss requires more than just a calorie deficit, and you’re ready for the deeper work it requires: increasing your self-efficacy & troubleshooting challenges, planning for obstacles ahead of time, taking a proactive approach, finding deeper reasons for weight loss than to “look good in a swimsuit”, and looking at your lifestyle to focus on the habits + behaviors that really do improve your well-being in the longer run.

  • Negatory. This is a 1:1 virtual nutrition coaching program between just you and I.

  • No, hardpass! Standardized meal plans are not a part of Andrea Lindsay Nutrition. You absolutely will have a chance to discuss macro goals with your coach, if you want, but it’s not required that you track macros if you don’t want, because the focus of coaching is to learn the foundational habits, mindset and behaviors that promote long-term fat loss, as well as taking a proactive approach and develop a plan that prepares you for obstacles, to set you up for successful long-term fat loss.

  • There is no set start date, but the end date depends on the timeline the client signs up for (there are 4-6-9 month membership options) .

    Please note that Andrea reserves her right to a week of vacation per quarter of the year.

  • The same day of every month, for the amount of time you commit to. Your first payment will be drawn after you apply and get accepted to coaching. Then monthly after that.

  • There are 3 commitment options: 3 months, 6 months or 9 months.

  • The check-ins happen virtually on a weekly basis on a day that you decide on when you onboard.

    Each week I will send you an updated check-in form with questions to help you reflect on the previous week and prepare you for the next week.

    You’ll submit your answers on the day of your check-in, and I will respond to you the day after with thoughtful feedback and support via video recordings, voice memos, or typed via email text (you pick!).

  • Negatory. Andrea is a dietitian and nutrition coach, not a fitness coach. We will absolutely discuss exercise as part of a healthy lifestyle, but giving you workouts is outside of my scope.

  • YES! We encourage clients who want deep, lasting behavior changes to sign up for 9+ months of coaching and continue for as long as they need to feel confident they’ve made changes that stick.

  • I hope you love your experience in coaching but life happens and in extreme circumstances you can cancel your 1:1 Nutrition Coaching membership by directly emailing or messaging your coach on the Practice Better app.
